spiked iced coffee

If you check out our shop, you might notice we added 3 flavored coffees. My personal favorite is the chocolate raspberry. Hot coffee is great, but sometimes I need my coffee iced and spiked. I couldn’t wait to try a new drink with my new flavored coffee, so here goes:

spiked chocolate raspberry iced coffee

2 ounces coffee liqueur

1 ounce cream (or more if you prefer lighter coffee)

3 ounces chocolate raspberry coffee, brewed & chilled

chocolate syrup (optional)

raspberries for garnish (if you’re superstitious like us, use 1 or 3 - odd numbers are good luck!)

Squeeze chocolate syrup carefully around the inside of a glass. Next, fill the glass a little over halfway with crushed ice. Set aside. Then, fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add coffee liqueur, cream and coffee. Shake vigorously. Pour carefully into the glass. Garnish with raspberries. Enjoy!
